Fossibot F2400 Portable Power Station With Ultra-Fast Charging & Quiet Operation, 2400W (SAK22841)

We haven't had the Power Station for long, but in testing it looks like it will do the job.We ordered the Fossibot F2400 for our RV to provide additional power in our RV to supplement the 200 Ah of AGM batteries that are built into our van. I added a 20 amp input into the van's electrical system. With the Power station we can run the microwave oven without running our gasoline generator. The Fossibot can also run the RV air conditioner. (for about 90 minutes according to the display).I like that the charging current is adjustable. I can reduce the charge rate when we run on the gas generator so we can still run our other appliances and charge the Fossi at the same time.We now have 4 options for powering the RV: Shore Power, Gas Generator, AGM batteries with the in house 1000 watt inverter, and now the 2KW Fossibot. I can also use Fossi in the house in case of emergency.

I saw the review of the F2400 on the website of a reviewer I trust listing all the features and test results. Even though the F2400 tested battery capacity was a little below average, that was not a deal breaker for me. The numerous AC outlets, the numerous DC ports, the useful display and especially the variable AC charging power dial were the features that got my interest, not to mention the UPS feature tested to be very quick, as advertised. The variable charge controller for AC charging is a real plus for person that have a smaller then 1100 watt charger, such as a smaller output LP generator that may only output 800 watts, or less. The variable charge dial allows more versatility when using AC to charge the unit. Well done FOSSiBOT in that area.I have several other LifePO4 sogens that cost more and have expandable battery options, but this unit fits a need the other may be too large in size to be convenient, especially with the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) feature that really works fast enough for most computers.The AC out voltage tested to be 108 volts, not 110 volts and the sine wave was not perfectly clean, it had a very slight distortion in the wave, but presents no problems as is, for sensitive electronics. FOSSiBOT does not state their converter is a Pure Sine wave in their advertisements, but seems to be clean enough for most purposes I will use it for. It is a much, much cleaner sine wave than normal non-pure sine wave converters. Your electronics needs may be more selective than mine, but I have no problems. Also the F2400 does not have a smart app, which again is not a deal beaker as I am not an "app for everything" type person. I can still get off my posterior and change settings and functions manually, if needed.The F2400 is a small package compared to my other major brand. But having a cart specifically designed for the F2400, the numerous AC and DC ports and the variable charge controller, makes this unit a gem, especially in the price range with the additional discount coupons. Furthermore, shipping was very fast and arrived undamaged. I ordered the F2400 cart separately, which was shipped directly from China and even the cart arrived very quickly. In fact I was surprised the cart arrived an hour before the F2400, which was shipped from the U.S. All in all, this seems to be a great bargain with basic features I appreciate at a very good price.

This unit is not lacking for inputs or outputs. Well built and nicely finished. Best feature for me is the adjustable charging control 300w to 1100w. Top storage is a great feature. My complaints are only 2. output voltage is less than 110v, actually 108.7 under minor loads and usable WH is only 1650WH. So pretty inefficient. My load test was with 456W. Still, all units ignore actual usable WH.
