Took me a few hours to install by myself. The hardest part were the heavy glass panels, but other than that, it was very simple. It came with instructions, but the install video on the page pretty much sums it up. To get up to the max temperature of 150F takes about 30 minutes and I was completely drenched from head to toe

The heat is gentle and even, and the chromotherapy lights are a nice touch. It does take a little getting used to the woodsy smell at first, but it fades after a few uses. The only thing missing for me is a comfortable backrest - adding some sauna towels helps, but a built-in option would be great.
