As advertised. We paid more for this chair as we thought it would be better built. We were not disappointed. It is sturdy. Has a 4 lb battery pack, so if the chair is too heavy to lift you can take it out, load the chair in your car and replace them when you are ready to go. I like the size of the wheels, they are large enough to roll over thresholds and small cracks, but to say it is all terrain is false advertising. Tires are not wide enough for gravel or dirt. Hard pack might be doable, but soft ground and loose gravel is not.

I have been using a wheelchair for over 15 years and have gone from a manual chair to a powerchair over this time but have always found it very hard to get a powerchair that I can use in my wife's car so we always had to use my truck to go anywhere together. As we planed a trip to Egypt this year and after our last trip that we used a manual chair we decided to try this powerchair because it can be taken on the plane and its lightweight and folds very easily for storage and would fit into her car.We took it on the trip and with many checks at the airport we checked it onboard, in Egypt it became the best chair I have used, it was easy to get in and out of the car and got me in and around all of the sights I wanted to see it is slower than most of my other power chairs which works well, I tend to to stay closer to my wife and I take more time to smell the roses as everyone says.

Got this brand and model after a lot of study, and am pleased and impressed. Positives include sturdy construction, comfort and capacity. Very nimble outside, excellent maneuverability in even very tight spaces. Use is intuitive; five year old g-grand-ldaughter mastered joystick in seconds and drove off weaving around fountains and posts on a plaza. Electric brake (power off) is reassuring.Major negative is weight and thus ease of portability: with batteries is too heavy for older male to lift into vehicle. Wish foot rest stored more securely. But positives definitely outweigh the negatives.First big outing was plane trip to San Diego: airline very helpful — drove through TSA, down long trip to gate. Staff checked chair at gate, brought it to plane door at destination. Couldn’t have been easier.Additional comment: turns out the battery charger was defective (not charging). So I was drawing battery down. On trip to CA could not have been easier — Delta took it and gave it back at plane door. But batteries gave up halfway back to baggage claim — glad it could be pushed.A day after arriving home the replacement charger arrived: excellent, no-question customer service. Looking forward to better weather to spend more time zooming around the neighborhood!

I love this chair, but there is one drawback. I use this chair every day. The battery life is amazing, it it very mobile & portable. The one problem is that the seat cushion has broken down after just a couple of months. My right leg is not supported by the metal bar of the chair. This gets my leg pretty sore and achy. I was really disappointed by this. I’ve had a wheelchair for over 10 years, and may have to use the cushion from that chair. If you are going to be using this chair on a daily basis, be WARNED that really is my only complaint

MAIDESITE has been great on customer service. At first I had a problem with one of the batteries-they replaced it-no problem. Now I have a problem with the joystick and I'm confident it will be handled just like before-to my complete satisfaction. As to the chair, I am pretty much confined to it and I love it-easy to navigate and very manuverable, and also comfortable.

Chair arrived a few days ago. Everything that I read about is true. I will use it most for travel which I am looking forward to. I am 89 years old and had no trouble learning how to navigate with it.

Soft chushion, keeps the charge, very powerful
