Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. MODERN FLAMES WARRANTY
Modern Flames offers a 5-year warranty on its products if the owner registers the product on their website; otherwise, a standard 2-year warranty applies. Integrated screens are covered for 1 year. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for products purchased through authorized dealers. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, with the option for repair, replacement, or refund at Modern Flames' discretion. The warranty excludes damages from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or aftermarket parts. Claims require proof of purchase, serial number, and photographic evidence of the issue.
