Our policy for this item lasts 30 days and must be not used and in it's original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact support@saksby.com for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items.
For the return of US orders, this item is eligible for NO RESTOCKING FEES (Read Policy) if the item is returned in its original condition. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or free replacement after you receive the goods.
